About WARDOGS Arsenal
A reference for WARDOGS, the 100-player tactical shooter from BULKHEAD, published by Team17. Not the 2016 film of a similar name, and not affiliated with either company.
Why it exists
WARDOGS spent months in closed testing before it shipped, which means most of what has been written about it describes builds nobody can play any more. The balance pass that landed the night before Early Access opened rewrote the level curve and fourteen prices. A reference that does not say when a number was published is not much use in that situation.
The rules this site holds itself to
- A claim is attached to the thing that published it and the date it was published. If we cannot attach one, we say the question is open instead of guessing.
- Statements about the studio’s plans quote the studio. We do not translate “we do not know when” into either a promise or a cancellation.
- No invented statistics. Where only one worked example exists — as with cash payouts — we show that example and stop, rather than extrapolating a rate.
- Numbers that change get rendered from one data file, not retyped into prose, so a patch updates the site rather than leaving contradictions behind.
What it is not
Not official, not a news site, and not a place to find leaked or datamined content. When something is unknown it stays unknown here. The full list of what we cite is on the sources page.
Corrections
If a page contradicts a source, that is a defect and we want to know. Corrections that change a fact are logged on the timeline.
